Our project aims to create an affordable, portable EEG (electroencephalogram) device paired with an innovative mobile app and AI-powered diagnostics system to make mental health care accessible to everyone.

Core Idea

At its heart, NeuroLab focuses on developing a small, wearable EEG device that communicates seamlessly with a mobile app via Bluetooth. The app not only visualizes brain activity in real time but also connects to our AI model hosted on a remote server to interpret data. This AI-driven approach provides users with immediate diagnostic insights and a pathway to self-monitoring mental health.

The Problem We’re Solving

The high costs of mental health diagnostics and treatment often place care out of reach for many. NeuroLab addresses this by providing a cost-effective solution that allows users to perform self-checks at home. This eliminates the need for expensive monthly hospital visits and ensures faster diagnostic results.

Goals for the Future

  • Short-term: Develop a fully functional EEG system, including a portable headband.

  • Long-term: Partner with hospitals to integrate a "reversing system" for brain stimulation. This hospital-grade system will use electric currents to regulate brain activity, providing quicker and targeted results.
